Sally Hansen Nail Stickers Review

This blog is a review for the Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Stickers.

The pattern I got is 150 Faux Real. It's a cheetah print on the tip of one side and the rest zebra. Depending on the shape of the nails and how long your nails are you could end up with cheetah and zebra or just zebra. I have just zebra.

These are made with real velvet fabric.

The directions are pretty much the same for any other nail stickers that I've seen...

Start with clean, dry nails, select the best fit sticker for each of your nails, peel the paper from the back and press firmly on the nail and smooth over. Then use a nail file to remove the excess sticker and apply a top coat along the edge to seal it.

To remove: soak nails in warm water for one minute and gently peel off.

These are different then the Essie brand that I tried. The review for those are also on my blog so check that out as well.

The first thing that is different is that the Essie Nail stickers came with a cuticle pusher and mini nail file and the Sally Hansen ones just came with the stickers. The other difference is the material. The Essie stickers were just normal sticker material while these Sally Hansen ones are made of velvet.

I love nail stickers and both of these brands are amazing. The only con I have is that the Sally Hansen velvet nail stickers collect everything. I have cats and I get cat hair on them. I get other little foreign objects on them like lint. I suggest washing your hands a little more often with these ones on. I put the top coat on the whole nail thinking that might help but it didn't. My nails still collect stuff. Also when it comes to the top coat on the velvet nail stickers, it makes them look a little weird almost like they are wet.

Regardless of the cons I still love the Sally Hansen nail stickers. I would like to try other types besides the velvet ones.  These were $1 at Dollar Tree so I would definitely repurchase the same ones. I would even pay a couple more bucks but for the velvet ones I won't buy them for the normal price at another store. I've seen then at my local drug store for $11. I wouldn't pay that much for the velvet type but I would lay that for the Essie ones or non velvet Sally ones. They are really worth it especially if you don't have the time to let your nails dry or if you're in a hurry. I've used the nail stickers and then took a shower soon after and they were fine. Also the Essie Nail Stickers lasted for a good 2 weeks before they started coming off and I wore them for 3 weeks before I removed them so you definitely get good use of them. I haven't had the Sally Hansen ones on that long so I don't know the wear on them but I'll keep you posted.

That's my review for the Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Stickers. Let me know if you have used them and what other brands you have used and if you like them.

Vera Bradley Haul

I love Vera Bradley and it's been a while since I have placed an order. I wanted to get a new purse and wallet and Vera never disappoints.

Most people will get a bag with the matching wallet but I always find that I have a hard time picking patterns so I just end up getting different ones most of the time.

I fell in love with the new pattern Parisian Paisley but already have a darker color bag as well as two blue bags so I wanted to go with a different color pattern for my purse.

The purse that I got is the Carryall Crossbody in the pattern Pink Swirls. This was $72 I believe but it was on sale for $50.40. On top of that all sale items were 20% off if you bought one sale item so I ended up spending $40.32. The strap is an adjustable one so you can use it short as a shoulder bag or longer as a crossbody bag. There are two pockets on the inside, two pockets on the front of the bag and there is a zippered pocket on the back of the bag.

The wallet that I got is the Trifold Wallet in the pattern Parisian Paisley. It closes magnetically which is something that I've never had with any of my other wallets. It's a trifold so when it opens there are three sections. One side has a bunch of slots for cards and two side pockets. The middle has a side pocket, a few more card slots and a clear slot for an ID or photo. The other side has a clear slot for an ID or photo as well. There is also a zippered pocket in the bag for change or whatever else you want to put in there.

I love Vera Bradley. The bags are all so cute and the patterns are so colorful and fun. They are really good quality. I bought my first bag about six or seven years ago and still use it so much and there isn't any signs of wear. They are incredible. Definitely check out the website and get one or two!!!

January IPSY Unbagging

Today's blog is the January Unbagging for IPSY. I am not sure how much longer I am going to keep this subscription. I have just been getting too many products that I won't use so It just doesn't make sense to me to keep getting them. I think I'm going to give it one more month and see what happens. But anyway this is what I got in the January IPSY bag.

The bag itself is really cute. I am currently using it for my makeup bag that I keep in my purse. It's like an Andy Warhol art piece. There are multiple faces with different color hair, lips, glasses, etc. The back of the bag is just a plain royal blue.

In the bag I got The Balm Mr. White (now) eyeliner pencil in Jac. It's a gold color and not really something I see myself wearing too often. I also got a smudge brush from Skin.  This was ok but also not really something I will use much. The next thing in the bag is and OFRA Universal Eyebrow pencil. I was excited to get this because I have been wanting to get into doing brow stuff but this just didn't work for me at all. Then I got a Hikari Cream Pigment in Mink. It's a metallic gold color and very pretty. I don't use eyeshadow all that often but this is definitely up my color ally so I can't wait to try this out. The last and final thing in my January bag I'd by far the best product I got this month and the only thing that I will actually use on a regular basis. It's the Lasting Smiles Organic Lip Balm in Peppermint Creme. Every purchase of this lip balm goes to help fund cleft surgeries for children. I think that is such a great idea.

So for the most part this month was disappointing in the IPSY area but I'm going to give it one more month before I move on and try something new.

What did you get in your Glam Bag?

2016 Reading Challenge

This blog is going to be different then any others that I have posted. I decided to do the 2016 Reading Challenge after coming across it on Facebook.

The photo below is the list of the categories for the books you need to read. I know this list says 2015 but the 2016 list was too blurry to post and this is the exact same list for this year. There are 49 categories listed but in total you will need to read 51 books in 2016 because one of the categories is a trilogy.

I will be posting updates as I go along I just don't know how often.

I think this is an amazing opportunity to read more books if you don't already. I love to read and do it quite often but I tend to stick to the same types of books. This challenge gives me the opportunity to read books that I normally wouldn't chose for myself.

Let me know in the comments or on my Instagram post of you are doing the challenge. Maybe we can help each other with titles or just to stay on track. I hope you join me!

Glam Glow Flashmud Brightening Treatment Mask Review

Today's blog is a review for the Glam Glow Flashmud Brightening Mask Treatment.

To use this mask you apply it to your dry face in circular motions to pre-exfoliate. You leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash off with water. It says to use high SPF sunscreen to maintain results.

This mask claims these 5 things... brighten, radiance, luminous, even tone, correct.

It contains White Birch Leaf and delivers natural Betulin, Betulinic Acid and Ellagic Acid to improve and balance skin tone.

It says to use it 3 days in a row for improved results and then 2 to 3 times a week for maintained results. Results will be lost during direct or extended sun exposure.

The full size is $69. I got a .5oz sample in an IPSY bag that I am using to try it out.

As for my review... First off I want to say that if you have sensitive skin, this might not be the best mask for you. I have extremely sensitive skin and after using this my face was very red for a while. The redness did go down and I didn't have any breaks out or rashes so that was good. This may or may not happen to everyone with sensitive skin but this is how my skin reacted to it so I just want to make that clear. That is really the only complaint that I have which really isn't about the mask itself just my skins reaction to it. I love the texture of the mask. It's very exfoliating and you can see the leaves in the mask when you apply it to your face. I've never used a mask like that and I thought it was amazing. The smell isn't too strong but it's also not an extremely well smelling mask either which is fine with me. Other then the redness, my skin was so smooth after using the Glam Glow Flashmud Brightening Mask. I could really tell the difference. After the redness wore off I applied some of my Simple Rich Moisturizer and it just slid on.

I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to try out a new face mask or a new brand. If you have sensitive skin I would still say give it a chance if you want to. I did and although I had redness, that went away and I had no other reactions. As for the price, I'm not planning on buying it anytime soon. I just think that it's too much for a mask when I can get one that works just as well for me for a lot less and I can get alot more product. If you have the extra money to spend and want to then definitely go ahead but I would suggest trying to get a sample and try it out first just so that you're not spending your money on something that may not work for you.

That's my review for the Glam Glow Flashmud Brightening Mask Treatment.

Winter Walmart Beauty Box Unboxing

Today's blog is the Winter Walmart Unboxing. For the most part I was very happy with this box. I think that for a Free box and only $5 shipping this box is so worth it because you really do get quite a few sample products and sometimes even full size products.

The first thing in the box is Dial 7 day moisturizing lotion. It's a 0.5 oz travel size. It doesnt have a scent on it but it smells kind of fruity. The second product is the Pure Silk Shaving Cream in Raspberry Mist. It's a 2.25 oz size. I have used this before and loved it so I was excited to see this in the box. The third product is Neutrogena Healthy Skin Boosters Facial Cleanser with White tea and Vitamin E. It's a 0.5 oz tube. This is the third time in a Walmart box that i have gotten this. I really like it but was a little disappointed that it wasn't a new product. The fourth product is the nspa by Nirvana Spa Real Fruit Goodness Exotucally Creamy Coconut Rich Body Butter. It's a 1.7 oz tube. It smells like coconuts and it's not thick like you would think for a body butter. It just feels like a lotion and i like that. The fifth product is the Ken Paves You Are Beautiful Volumizing Shampoo and Conditioner. They come in foil packets and it says that it's for fine hair and that it adds fullness and body and weightlessly hydrates. The sixth producr in the box is Pantene Pro-V Hairspray. It's a 4 extra strong hold and it's a 1.0 oz travel size. The seventh product is Goody Slide Proof Hair Ties. There are 8 of them. I was really excited to see these in the box. I'm always out for trying new hair ties that aren't damaging to my hair so we will see how these work. The eigth and last thing in the box is the Olay Regenerist Luminous Tone Correcting Cream Moisturizer. It came in one of the one time use paper packets.

I am excited to try the Dial Lotion, Coconut Body Butter, Shampoo and Conditioner and the Hair Ties. I love trying new products. I liked getting the Shaving Cream. It's good to get a product that you know you love once in a while. The Hairspray isn't bad either. I was a little disappointed to get the face cleanser again and the one time cream isn't really going to let me know if it works so I wasn't too happy about that.

That's what I got in my Winter Walmart Beauty Box. I hope you enjoyed it and I definitely recommend it. It's a really good box especially for being free.

Essie Nail Stickers Review

Today's blog is a review for the Essie Nail Polish Stickers. I have been hearing alot about them and finally got some for Christmas so I decided to give them a try. Let me just say, they are amazing. I love painting my nails and do it quite frequently so I didn't think I was going to be a fan of the stickers but they are my new obsession. They are so cute and surprisingly easy to use.

The nail stickers I tried are the Essie Sleek Stick UV Cured in the style A To Zebra. I also love that the nail stickers have names as well and Essie doesn't disappoint with their cute names!

These are so simple to use. First make sure your nails are clean. Use some nail polish remover on each nail (even if you're not removing polish) then push back cuticles with a cuticle stick and then wash your hands with soap and water. The second thing you want to do is chose the sticker that best fits each of your nails. (I'm double jointed so my fingers are a little oddly shaped and with that so are my nails but they fit on my nails almost perfectly and you can't even tell that they are not a perfect fit) The third thing you want to do is apply the sticker to the nail while. Put some pressure on it and get any bubbles out and then fold the excess sticker over your natural nail. The fourth and final step is to use a nail file and file downwards to remove the excess sticker. You can also apply a top coat if you like to seal the sticker.

The package says that the nail stickers are long lasting. I cannot confirm this because I just started using them but I can get them at my local dollar tree so if they aren't long lasting then it's not much money wasted at all.

I do really like these and would recommend them to everyone. They would also be good for people that don't have alot of time to their nails because they don't take long at all. This is my first time using them and I got them done in probably 5 minutes from start to finish. The best part is you don't need a base coat or to do two or three coats.

So that's my review for the Essie Nail stickers. I am looking forward to buying more designs and trying out different brands. Hopefully you will see a nail sticker haul soon!

What I Got For Christmas 2015

This year I decided to do a What I Got For Christmas Blog. I love watching these videos on YouTube but I haven't seen that many blogs and I thought it would be cool to do one. So here are the gifts I got this year...

First up is what I got in my stocking. I have a gingerbread man stocking which I think is so cute. In it this year I got Essie nail stickers in a to zebra as well as Sally Hansen nail stickers in Faux Real. I'm so excited to try those out. I also got Sally Hansen nail growth polish. I got the Miss Manga Rock mascara which I have been dying to try. I got a new phone case finally.  This one is white with a woman walking her dog in front of the Eiffel Tower. I think it's so cute and I have been loving it. I got some more hair ribbons. These are the only things that I put my hair up with now so I was excited to get those. I have a set of green blue and black ones and a set of pastel ones. I also got toothpaste and deodorant which I get every year because that's something that I always use.  I also got a pair of blue ear buds which I needed because my other headphones broke. I got some White Rain makeup remover and cleanser as well as a Deep Cleaning Face Mask. Both of which I am excited to try out. Then of course I got the annual bag of candy but I forgot to include that in the photos.

Next are the gifts that were under the tree. I got two Victoria's Secret sprays. I got Such A Flirt Body Mist and I got Wild At Heart from the PINK collection. I also got a Winter Candy Apple body lotion from Bath & Body Works as well as the mini candle but I burned that before I could get a photo. I got a picture frame that says Live Every Moment, Laugh Everyday,  Love Beyond Words. I love it. I got the Coach Perfume Poppy. I have loved this scent for a long time but just didn't want to spend the money when I had so many others. The set includes a 1oz perfume, body lotion and a mini perfume. It smells so good I can't get enough of it. I also got some Sour Patch Kids, some Hot Apple Cider and some French Vanilla coffee mate because I love to put that in my tea.

I also got some money and gift cards which I am planning to spend at the semi annual sales so I'll post a separate  blog for that stuff.

That's what I got for Christmas this year. What did you all get?

December IPSY Unbagging

Today I am doing my December Ipsy unbagging. This month's bag was alot better than the one that I got last month. I am really excited to try the products.

The bag itself is a fake leather type material with patchwork quilting texture and it's a bright red. It's really pretty and perfect for Christmas time.

The first thing that I grabbed from the bag is the Lather Honey Moisture Mask with Propolis Extract. It says that it's a relief mask for environmentally stressed skin. I am excited to try this out and see how it works for my skin. I love getting face masks to try. This is a 0.5 OZ tub so  assuming this is a sample size.

The second thing I pulled from the bag is the Pacifica Power of Love Powerful Color Natural Lipstick. It's in the color Nudie Red. It's a very wearable color and I love when they send natural type shades. I believe the lipstick is a full size product.

The next thing in the bag is a Formula X Nail Polish. It's in the color Revved Up. It's a very pretty metallic gold sparkly color. It's going to be perfect for New Years. This is also a sample size.

The next thing is he Elizabeth Mott Thank Me Later Eye Shadow Primer. This is a sample size and the only product this month that I am not all that excited about. I don't wear eye shadow on a regular basis but I will definitely try it out on the occasions that I do.

The last thing in my Ipsy bag for the month of December  is a pair of pink tweezers from Precision Beauty. I have Cover Girl tweezers that are almost identical and I have had them for years and love them so I am really excited to see how these ones work in comparison.

So that's what I got this month from IPSY. I give this bag a 9 out of 10 for this month. I am really excited to try these products out. What did you all get In yours?

Christmas Tag!

Hey guys!

So it's been a while since I posted anything and that's because I upgraded my computer to windows 10 and since then Blogger hasn't been working for me.  I can't post photos, it won't even let me click on them. I was doing my blogs from my phone but the Blogger app doesn't let you put the pictures where you want that's why the last several Blogs I posted the pictures were at the bottom which I really dislike. I thought I could save them from the app and then go onto the computer and edit it so the pictures could be where I wanted them to be and I can't even do that. I am going to try to figure out what is going on because I miss blogging so for now I'm just going to do it from my phone and hopefully I'll be able to get back to my regular posting soon.

Now on to the good stuff... I decided to do the Christmas Tag that I've been seeing on YouTube. I haven't seen many recent ones but I think the tag is pretty cool so I'm going to do it and make a few changes because I'm blogging it not taping it.

Here we go....

1. Use one noise to describe how excited you are for Christmas.     I can't say it because this is a blog but it would be something like Ahhh I'm so excited.

2. What's the best present you've ever been given and why?     I honestly can't pick the best present because I've had so many but my favorites are usually the simple little gifts that I get in my stocking.

3. What's the worst present you've ever been given and why?     I haven't gotten anything that I didn't like. Everyone knows me pretty well and they know I don't like clutter so they only get me things that I will use or I get money and gift cards which are great.

4. Sing a line from your favorite Christmas song.     Again this is a blog so I can't sing but my favorite Christmas song is Last Christmas and I love all versions.

5. What's your favorite Christmas film?     Christmas Vacation and Home Alone 1 & 2 are tied for my all time favorites.

6. Show how good you are at wrapping a present?     Again a blog lol but I love to wrap and add little things like bows or ribbon and either candy canes or pens or little toys to them just to make each one different and unique.

7. If you could rename one of Santa's reindeer, what would you name it?     This one is easy. Growing up I always thought ones name was Donner. It wasn't until I was in middle school that I found out its actually pronounced Donder. So I would rename Donder and name his Donner just because it sounds better! Lol

8. What's your favorite thing about Christmas?     I love decorating the Christmas tree and wrapping presents for everyone.

So that's my Christmas Tag. I tag everyone. These are some of my favorite blogs to read and favorite videos to watch so let me know in the comments or on Instagram if you have done one so I can go and read or watch it.

Thanks for reading :)

October Favorites

Hey Guys!

It's time for my October Favorites. I don't have much this month but these are the things that I was loving in October. Enjoy!

I have been loving the Sparkling Ice Cherry Limeade water.  I have had Sparkling Ice before but this was the first time I tried the Cherry Limeade flavor and I am obsessed.
I have been loving two nail polishes this month. The first is Aruba Blue by Essie. Essie is one of my top nail polish brands so of course I love this color as well. The other nail polish I have been loving is Inky Dinky from Aurora. Both polishes are different shades of blue. Inky Dinky is a dark blue and Aruba Blue is more of a medium almost metallic blue.
I have also really been loving the pumpkin face scrub from Ipsy this month.  It's the Peter Lamas Naturals Exfoliating Pumpkin Facial Scrub. I have been using it everyday since I got it. I love how exfoliating it is and my skin feels so smooth after using it. I don't really think that it smells that much like pumpkin but it does smell good and it works great on my sensitive skin.
This month I read a book called When You Went Away by Michael Baron. I realized that I never really put books in my favorites. I read all of the time and most of them I love. This month I read When You Went Away and I finished it in about 3 days. It was so good. Without giving too much away, it's about a man dealing with his teenage daughter running away and then the death of his wife suddenly a month after giving birth to their son. It was so good and such a tear herder.  I recommend it to anyone.

A few more things I've been loving this month but didn't take a photo....

I watched the movie Cinderella. I thought it was really good. I liked it more than the Brandy version but of course it could never compete with the original Disney version!
Also American Horror Story Hotel started in October. This AHS is a lot more dark and demented in my opinion but still an amazing show.
I have been loving two new apps this month. One is called Colorfy and it's an adult coloring app where you can choose from a bunch of pictures and color them for free. You can also pay a monthly fee and get even more pictures and colors but I have found that the options you have for free are really all you need.
I have also been loving Photogrid. My computer has been acting up so I haven't been able to write blogs on it and I've been using my phone. The Blogger app on my phone will only let me use three photos so I was trying to find another way to use photos and Photogrid helps me do that. It's basically a collage maker app. You can choose the photos and layout as well.as a background color and border. You can add text and do a slide show if you want. I just recently began using it so I'm still figuring things out but I am loving it so far.

Those are my October Favorites.

Love With Food October Unboxing

This is the October Love With Food Unboxing. This monthly subscription starts at $10 a month and for every box you buy they donate a meal to a hungry child or family. This month LWF also partnered with World Champion Pro Football Player Steve Weatherford. The theme of this month's box is Touchdown Treats.

This month I'm doing the blog a little different. All of the snacks were amazing so instead of rating them all one by one I'm putting them into two different pictures with just two ratings. Enjoy!

These first four snacks were so amazing. They are all rated 10 out of 10. I got the Luna Chocolate Salted Caramel Protein Bar. This is Gluten Free and I love how it tasted exactly like Salted Caramel. Next I got the Dolcetto Cookies and Cream Wafer Bites. These were also amazing and I loved the contrast between the Chocolate wafer cookie and the Cookies and Cream filling. I also got the Cosmos Creations Cheddar and Pepper Premium Puffed Corn. This is also Gluten Free. At first I didn't think I would like it because I don't usually like peppered things but it was so good. I ate it all in one night! The other snack I got that I rated a 10 was Hubs Home Cooked Salted Virginia Peanuts. These are Gluten Free and Non GMO. These just tasted like Salted Peanuts and I love them in general no matter what the brand.

The last four snacks were also good and I rated them all an 8 out of 10. The first thing is the Torie and Howard Chewie Fruities. These are assorted flavors and Gluten Free and Non GMO. I ate these first and they tasted like Strawberry Starburst to me. They were so good. The next thing is Beecher's Handmade Cheese Original Crackers. I really liked these because they took me back to my childhood. They tasted like those crackers you get that come with the cheese you can dunk them in. The ones that also come in breadsticks and pretzels. I also got the Somersault Snacks Crunchy Sunflower Seed Bites.  These are Vegan and Non GMO. These were chocolate covered sunflower seed balls. You could taste the seeds and I loved that about them. The last thing was Brothers All Natural Fruit Crisps. These are Gluten Free, Vegan and Non GMO. I got the Pear flavored ones and they were so delicious. I had been wanting to try them and I was so happy that I didn't get sent the apple ones because I hate apple.

There were also the regular coupons you get for certain snacks. I forgot to take a picture of those so I don't remember what they are because I gave them away to a friend.

So that's what I got in my October Love With Food Box. I highly recommend that you all check it out if only for the fact that they give back.

IPSY October Unboxing

Today's blog is the October IPSY Unbagging.

This month's theme is Alter Ego which is perfect for Halloween. The bag is pretty this month as well. One side is black and the other is gold. The bag is has a square shape instead of a rectangle and the zipper is on the top instead of the front. I like the look of this bag better than the others. Now onto what was inside this month's bag...

The first three things are the ones that I am most looking forward to. I got the Delectable Hand Cream. This is in the scent Coconut and Cream. It has Shea Butter, Coconut Oil and Aloe Vera. It's also a 2.0 OZ bottle so it's a pretty good sample size that I can get many uses out of. I got the Peter Lamas Natural Exfoliating Pumpkin Facial Scrub. This is for all skin types and says that it deep cleanses, exfoliates, polishes and invigorates skin and brightens skin tone. I don't think that it really smells like pumpkin but it does smell really good and I'm excited to try it out. I also got the Aurora Gel Effect Nail Lacquer in 136 Inky Dinky. I love this shade and have already painted my nails with it.

The last two things that came in my bag I am happy with but not as excited about. I got The Balm Meet Matt(e) Hughes Long-lasting Liquid Lipstick in the shade Committed. I also got an eye liner by CoastalScents. It's the Xpress Line 01 Black eyeliner pencil. I also have the swatches in the photo as well.

I am very happy with this month's bag. There wasn't one product that I hated and there were actually three that I loved so much. The bag was also very cure.  I definitely give the October IPSY Glam Bag a 10 out of 10.

This is part two of my lip collection. These are lip swatches of all of my NYX Butter Glosses. Again, I apologize for the somewhat sloppy swatches. These were the last ones I did and my lips were really hurting by then so some of them I didn't even put a full layer on but you can still see how they change the color of your lips. The shades are listed from left to right. Enjoy!

Apple Strudel
Creme Brulee
Angel Food Cake
Vanilla Cream Pie
Fortune Cookie
Eclair
Merengue
Maple Blondie

Lipstick Swatches

Today's blog post is something a little bit different from what I've done in the past. I have some lip collection blogs up with hand swatches but I decided to do a collection with lip swatches instead. Before anything, I want to apologize in advance for the horrible swatches. I didn't take my time on them because I have almost 50 and only had a few hours to do them. I also didn't cover my whole mouth with them so that you could see my natural lip color as well. With that being said I hope you all enjoy the next few lip swatch blog posts. This one is the smaller of my collection.  These are my lipsticks. I list them from left to right in the photo.

Ulta Lip Butter ~ Vienna

Maybelline ColorSensational Lipstick ~ Maple Kiss

Elf Mineral Lipstick ~ Natural Nymph

Tweeez Read My Lips Lipstick ~ Killing Me Softly

Elf Lipstick ~ Flirtatious

Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick ~ Gladiolus

October Skoshbox Unboxing

Today's blog post is the October Skoshbox Unboxing. This is a Japanese snacks and candy monthly subscription service that costs $12 a month. There are also some other bigger boxes to choose from for more money as well. I will rate the snacks as I liked them just like I did last month. Enjoy!

The first thing in the box were the Kimchi Senbei Mini Kimchi Rice Crackers. I didn't like these at all. They smelled and tasted like fish. I was really surprised that I didn't like them because I love fish but fish crackers just don't have the same taste apparently. 1 out of 10

The next item is Ramune  Bottle Candy. The candy came in a cute little blue bottle that kind of looks like a robot and it's reusable which is nice. This candy tasted sort of like smarties but they were a little bit softer. 7 out of 10

The next thing in the box is my favorite this month. The Torotto Choco-Bites. These tasted like fudge brownies and were so amazing. These definitely didn't last that long once I got through the box! 10 out of 10

The next item was the Kajiri-Cho Soft Candy. This was a grape soda flavored candy that reminded me of Laffy Taffy but it was a little bit softer. It was so good. 9 out of 10

Next was the Blueberry Plus Bar. This is a high energy Blueberry wafer. These tasted just like the Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry wafers that you can get in the United States. 9 out of 10

Next was he Chocolate Pie Stick. This looked like a mini chocolate danish but tasted like a little long piece of chocolate cake. Sooo good.  10 out of 10

The last two things in the box were two pieces of the Nama-ume Candy. This is an Ume Plum candy with a gooey jam center. I could definitely taste the plum and the center wasn't too bad either. It was kind of like a semi sour plum jelly. 8 out of 10

I really liked this month's box. There was only 1 thing that I didn't like at all so that was cool. I definitely recommend everyone try this box if you're looking for something different to snack on or if you want to try food from another country.  This is my second box and I'm loving it so far. Can't wait until next month!

September Favorites!

Today is my September Favorites blog post. I love these posts because it's so fun to share the new things that I have been loving and I love watching favorites videos on YouTube and reading monthly favorites blogs. Enjoy!

HAIR:

BWC Beauty Without Cruelty leave - in conditioner. You put this on your hair when it's wet unlike my other leave in. I got this in my Ipsy bag and wasn't sure that I was going to like it once I smelled it because it's not the best smelling but when you put it in your hair and your hair dries, it's such a nice smell and it leaves your hair so smooth and silky.

Head & Shoulders Instant Relief Scalp Soother. I spray this on my scalp and massage in and it gives my scalp a nice tingly sensation.  I got it for free with a Head & Shoulders purchase. It's suppose to relieve your itchy scalp and I really think that it works well with my scalp.

BODY:

Bath & Body Works Maui Mango Surf Body Wash. This smells so good. The scent notes are ruby mango, guava nectar, white pineapple, coral hibiscus and island sandalwood. I've never been to Maui but I really hope this is what it smells like! Lol.

Bath & Body Works Pink Lemonade Fizz Body Spray. I wanted to use some more of my summer scents be for I had to move on to the fall scents and this is such a good summer fragrance. It smells just like pink lemonade. If you made yourself a glass and smelled that and then smelled the spray with your eyes closed you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

FOOD/DRINKS:

Skoshbox Coconut Sable and Skoshbox Koala's March. These were my favorite snacks in the Skoshbox this month. I think I am going to have to make an order soon!

Love With Food Cake Batter Cookies. These cookies were so good. OMG. If you want more information on these snacks check out my September Love With Food and Skoshbox blog posts.

Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. I bought these knock off K Cups at my local Rite Aid because I didn't know they sold them and I was curious because I love the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate from Starbucks and it's so good. It tastes just like one from Starbucks but it's cheaper and you can make it right in your own kitchen.

Pistachio Ice Cream. This is my new favorite Ice Cream flavor. I love Pistachio and I love Ice Cream and together they make the perfect couple. Haha!

YOUTUBERS:

Manny Mua. While watching a Jaclyn Hill video where she did the Beanboozled and whisper challange with Manny Mua I had to go and check out his channel. I love it! He's so cute and funny. I laugh so hard watching him sometimes. Definitely go and check him out!

SONGS:

In one of my past favorites blogs I mentioned Meghan Trainor and three of her songs. I finally got my hands on her album and it is amazing. These are a few more of the songs that I am loving on repeat right now... Credit, Walkashame, Mr. Almost, Title and 3AM.

MOVIES:

The Age Of Adaline. Amazing. Romantic. Emotional. I loved it! I don't want to give too much away but it's about a woman who gets in an accident and stops aging and it's such a good movie. I highly recommend it.

The Maze Runner. I haven't read the books but I watched the movie and it was so good. I am definitely going to read the books and I can't wait to see The Scorch Trails.

TV:

Scream Queens. This is a new comedy horror tv series. The first two episodes played as a two hour series premiere and if you like American Horror Story you will love this show as well.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

I try not to repeat products in my monthly favorites blogs because I use a lot of the things I mention from month to month but I feel like the next couple of things are worth mentioning and they aren't exactly the same as others that I have mentioned before.

WalMart Fall Beauty Box. This is my favorite box so far. I think WalMart gets better and better with each box. I wish this was monthly instead of seasonally. If you are interested in more details make sure to check out my Fall WalMart Beauty Box Unboxing blog post.

IPSY Bag. I loved the makeup bag this month. Last month I started to use the bag as my wallet but that has been replaced by this one. I love that it is gold. I just think that it's such a great fall color and I am loving it as my wallet.

Those are the things that I have been loving for the month of September. I hope you enjoyed reading about them and feel free to let me know what products you have been loving this month.
